26 Kurdish activists go to jail in Iran
MAFNEWS- Iranian intelligence agency known as Etelaat has reportedly jailed 26 activists across Iranian Kurdistan over “relationship” with Kurdish opposition parties, for Religious activities or for labor activities.
According to the Center of Democracy and Human Rights in Kurdistan, in Piranshahr, Etelaat has reportedly arrested Soleiman Mohamadnejad on Tuesday, December 11, 2018.
Jamal Mahmoudzadeh from Urmia and Bapir Barzeh were jailed by Etelaat on Monday, December 10, 2018.
Vahid Azimi, from Sanandaj was arrested on Saturday, December 8, 2018. Azimi was accused if having tie with Kurdish opposition parties. Vahid Azimi who is studying his Phd has previously spent 2 weeks in prison in 2017.
Habib Ahmadi, a political activist from Sanandaj was arrested on Wednesday, December 5, 2018.
Abdulbaghi Saeedi, a religious activist from Baneh was arrested by Etelaat on Sunday, December 2, 2018.
Hamayoun Bahmani an activists from Diwandareh was arrested on Saturday, December 1, 2018 by Etelaat.
Sahar Kazemi, an activist from Sanandaj was jailed by Etelaat on Sunday, December 2, 2018.
Heshmat Adman, a civil activist from Sarvabad was arrested by Etelaat on Monday, November 26, 2018. Adman was accused of having relationship with Kurdish opposition parties.
Reza Mariami, Sina Ahmadi and Payam Anvari, three activists from Baneh were arrested on Saturday, November 24, 2018 by Etelaat.
According to the information obtained by Mafnews, seven civil activists were arrested in Marivan without Etelaat’s permission.
Mohammad Parwazeh, Hamid Parwazeh, Mohammad Dadrasi, Mohsen Farahmand, Salman Afra, Rahman Sedighi and Karvan Ahmadi from Marivan, are the activists who were arrested.
In Sanandaj, Etelaat has reportedly arrested Fahimeh Zandi on Thursday, November 22, 2018. No accusation was mention when Zandi was arrested.
Madeh Fathi was arrested on Thursday, November 15, 2018 by Etelaat in Sanandaj.
Salar Ahmadi, from Salase Babajani was arrested on Monday, November 12, 2018 by Etelaat.
Ali Sohrabi Lak, an activist from Kermanshah was arrested on Sunday, October 14, 2018. Sohrabi Lak was accused of having relationship with Kurdish opposition parties.
Osman Esmaili from Saghez, Khalil Karimi from Sanandaj and Mariam Sadeghi from Sanandaj, three labor activists who have been jailed several times were reportedly summoned on jailed by Etelaat.
