At least 17 Kolbars killed and wounded in last month
MAF NEWS – At least 17 Kolbars (Border carrier) have been killed or wounded, 51 years of imprisonment and 360 people were summoned in Iran during last month.
According to statistics obtained by the Center of Democracy and Human Rights in Kurdistan, seven Kolbars were killed and ten more wounded by the Iranian border guards, while carrying goods through the Iraqi and Iranian Kurdistan border.
The shootings took place in the Iranian Kurdish cities of Urmia, Chaldoran, Piranshahr, Oshnavieh and Saqez.
In the multi-ethnic city of Khoi one person was executed publically.
At least 210 social and political activists have been summoned and questioned, some were obtained.
