Monthly report of violation of human rights against Iranian Kurds from May 21 to June 20
MAFNEWS – According to statistics published by Mafnews regarding human rights abuse against Iranian Kurds from May 21 to June 20 dozens of Kurds have been summoned, interrogated, jailed, hanged and killed.
According to the Center of Democracy and Human Rights in Kurdistan, at least 11 Kurds convicted to rape and Mofsed-e-filarz (spreading corruption) have been sentenced to death. Eight citizens of Kermanshah and three in Mahabad.
Two Kurdish detainees died in prison, one in Oshnavieh the other on in Urmia.
Six Kurdish border porters known as Kolbars were shot and dead by Iranian border guards, nine more wounded, they were mostly from Iranian Kurdish cities and towns close to Iranian Kurdistan and Iraqi Kurdistan Region border.
More than 15 Kurds have been summoned and interrogated throughout Iranian Kurdistan cities of Mariwan, Baneh, Khoy, Kermanshah, Saqez and northern Khorasan.
